This allows the conversation to consider both the realities of the work and what may be affecting your clarity, confidence, capacity or response. The aim is not to analyse you, apply a ready-made formula or tell you how to run your practice, but to help you understand what is happening and decide what fits.
Concrete Olive is a non-clinical practice. It does not provide therapy, counselling or business coaching.
