ABOUT THE
WORK/
A place to make sense of the moments when creative work and life intersect.
Confidential one-to-one support for professional creatives (designers, architects, artists and others working in creative practice).
To regain clarity and stability when work or life situations begin to impact your creative practice.
This work sits alongside creative practice, offering grounded, preventative, and responsive support - to make sense of what’s happening, stabilise in the moment, and move forward with confidence, so you’re not left to navigate things alone.
WHAT THIS WORK IS/
I offer confidential, one-to-one support for creatives navigating complex or destabilising work situations.
Together we focus on making sense of what’s happening, regaining balance, and identifying the next steps forward.
My approach is informed by lived expertise in creative industries and training in psychological science and positive psychology. It is grounded, practical, and responsive to the reality of creative work.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR/
This work is for those who:
feel unsettled, overwhelmed by work situations
are questioning their confidence or capability
are navigating personal or family situations affecting their work
feel sidelined or dismissed due to age, experience, or shifting industry narratives
want to talk things through with someone who understands creative industries
are not seeking therapy or clinical treatment
want clarity and support now - in a confidential and non-judgemental space.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR/
This work does not replace therapy or clinical care.
It may not be the right fit if you:
are experiencing acute mental health distress
are seeking diagnosis or treatment
want business, legal, or financial advice
or are looking for support outside creative design or art practice
ETHICAL BOUNDARIES AND REFERRALS/
If at any point clinical or specialist support would be more appropriate, I will encourage referral to the right professionals.
My role is to offer grounded, preventative, resilience-focused support - ensuring care is taken, not assumed.
